How to get to Shankar Prasad - (3km from Gokarna)
 
Shankar Prasad is located in the village of Bankikodla, five kilometres from the temple beach town, Gokarna in Karnataka. See MAP BELOW

From Gokarna Road Rail Station or Gokarna bus stand get a taxi/auto/bus to Bankikodla, near Anand Ashram High school. Shankar Prasad is near the high school, behind it, on the same side of the road.
 
From Bangalore: you can get there by over-night/sleeper bus to Gokarna bus stand or Karwar and get off at Gokarna road Cross (MaadanGevre)

From Kerala or Mumbai, get any train travelling on the Konkan coast (coastal railway) stopping at  Gokarna Road Station or Ankola, Kumta or Honnavar then follow instructions above, from Gokarna.
